"Taking on a renovation out of state can be a daunting undertaking. However, Frank Zangari with Stallion Painting, graciously took the lead and acted as our general contractor. Frank not only handled the entire painting of our 2,500SF condo, but navigated, coordinated, and oversaw multiple vendors over the course of several weeks. Simply put, we could NEVER have completed this full renovation without him!" -- K Laughton
The condo is 2,200 square feet and was not painted for 20 years prior to our ownership. The painting included all interior walls and ceilings, kitchen and bath cabinets, doors, base boards, railings and some faux painting in the dining and front foyer areas. The colors for ceilings and walls varied greatly, which most likely increased the price, but was extremely well done. Frank, the owner and his crew were very professional and pleasant to work with. They were careful of furnishings and excellent in regards to clean up. No messes were ever left. Before painting, they always reviewed the plan, and asked if I had any changes. The workmanship merited the cost by far.
Frank, Pat, and George have been a pleasure to work with. They finished the first phase (kitchen, living room, bedroom, faux painting on the bar area, and some drywall repair) of our home. We will be having them do additional work shortly and I'm sure we won't be disappointed. All were professional personable and provided high-quality painting. They were helpful with their suggestions and I felt that our happiness and satisfaction was important to them.
They painted the entire 3 bedroom condo. They were punctual, tidy, and professional. They cleaned up at the end of each day and touched up things that were extras. They painted for three days and were great!
We were a bit demanding with our color requirements and the job was fairly large. Because we had different colors for trim, ceilings, walls, and in different rooms, we required sharp edges, and good looking transitions between areas. Frank's team came through with flying colors.
It took about a month total but it was a big job. They were careful and made as little mess as possible.
The price was a bit high, but not much higher than expected for a job this size. The price was completely worth the result. I would not want to have another company come in and do a half-assed job for 2/3 the money.
There are a couple of minor spots that still need touch up, but we've been on vacation and unable to schedule a time with Frank to show him the spots. I'm confident that those touch ups will be dealt with.
I would recommend Frank and his people to anyone looking to get a good job done with their house painting.
What I can tell you about Stallion Painting is that they are a first rate company to deal with. Frank was extremely helpful in the process of taking simple rooms and transforming them into beautiful living spaces. When we were choosing colors Frank knows his stuff. His input was spot on. His pricing was most fair and came in well below other estimates. Frank's men were a pleasure to deal with and cleaned up and the end of the day without fail. The job was completed in a much quicker time frame than was originally estimated.
It was a pleasure from start to finish. It was wonderful to see old school workmanship again. Frank, I can't thank you enough.
Painters were punctual, courteous, neat, and did an excellent painting job. I would highly recommend them for your painting needs.
Stallion Painting painted three bedroom and an office (including ceilings) in our new house last month. They were able to get it done quickly, which was important to us, and they did a great job. Frank was easy to work with, and even made some color suggestions that worked out well for us.
